World Peace Board Limited will collect and process the information provided in this form for event registration, identity verification, participant administration, communication, accreditation, security, event management and related organisational requirements, handled in accordance with applicable UK GDPR and data protection requirements. Passport information and identification documents are treated as confidential and accessed only where reasonably required for legitimate event-related purposes.

Registration is subject to approval and does not automatically guarantee admission; participation is limited and places are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants are respectfully invited, but not obliged, to make a donation of £1,299 per participant, entirely at their own discretion, to help support the organisation and delivery of the programme; any donation given is voluntary and non-refundable once made, except where required by applicable law. Registration is personal and non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by the organisers. The organisers reserve the right to request additional information or documentation, and to refuse or withdraw admission where information provided is materially inaccurate, documentation is invalid, or participation presents a legitimate security, legal or organisational concern. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, visa, insurance and personal expenses unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Photographs, video and other media may be recorded during the event. Participation remains subject to registration confirmation and these terms and conditions.
